Our practice is open Monday to Friday except on public holidays.

Appointments

A referral letter is required before an appointment can be made. Once you have a referral from your doctor, please forward it to our rooms for review by our clinical team. Most GP's can securely send referrals directly to us through Medical Objects or secure fax. Once your referral has been reviewed, we will call you to arrange an appointment time.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to complete registration forms.

When you come for your appointment, please remember to bring the following

• Medicare or Veterans Affairs card

• Insurance information

• Copies of operation records, medical records, x-rays, MRIs, CT scans and so on from prior doctor visits

• Copies of relevant medical information including your medication details, x-rays or other diagnostic scans, and any information from your physiotherapist (if applicable)

To cancel an appointment:

Telephone the office during business hours and allow at least 24 hours notice so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.

We recognise that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologise if we keep you waiting.
